目的:为临床尺神经深支损伤的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法:选择30只成人尸体的无损伤、无畸形手,在解剖手术显微镜下观测尺神经深支的行程、分支、分布。结果:尺神经深支腕尺侧管段长(18.67±0.74)mm,横径(3.17±0.66)mm,厚(1.70±0.37)mm;小鱼际鞘段长(14.35±2.47)mm,横径(2.49±0.69)mm,厚(1.17±0.43)mm,发出小指展肌支、小指短屈肌支、小指对掌肌支;中间鞘段长(18.03±3.61)mm,横径(1.87±0.46)mm,厚(0.87±0.22)mm,发出第3、4蚓状肌支和部分骨间肌支及关节支;鱼际鞘内段长(5.07±2.23)mm。结论:尺神经深支在腕尺侧管段特别是穿小指短屈肌腱弓前最易受损;其体表投影是AB段以及以OB为半径向虎口方向所画的弧。
Objective: To provide anatomical data for diagnosis and treatment of clinical ulnar nerve injury. Methods: Thirty adult cadavers were selected as nondestructive and deformity hands to observe the stroke, branch and distribution of deep branches of ulnar nerve under anatomical operation microscope. Results: The length of ulnar ulnar ulnar ulnar limb of the ulnar nerve was (18.67 ± 0.74) mm in length, (3.17 ± 0.66) mm in width and (1.70 ± 0.37) mm in thickness. The length of sheath segment was (14.35 ± 2.47) mm, the transverse diameter was (2.49 ± 0.69) mm, and the thickness was (1.17 ± 0.43) mm. (18.03 ± 3.61) mm, transverse diameter (1.87 ± 0.46) mm, and thickness (0.87 ± 0.22) mm respectively, and issued the third , 4 earthshaped muscular branches and some interosseous muscular branches and articular branches. The intrathecal length of the intertidal segments was (5.07 ± 2.23) mm. CONCLUSION: The ulnar nerve branches are the most vulnerable in the lateral ulnar section of the ulnar muscles, especially in the tendon of the little flexor flexor tendons. The projection of the body surface is the AB segment and the arc drawn towards the direction of the tiger’s mouth with OB as the radius.
