基于矢量拟合(VF,Vector Fitting)原理和电路综合理论,提出了一种有源集成器件宽带电路建模方法,用于电磁兼容仿真.将在直流偏置下测量获得的端口参数采用矢量拟合方法转化为极点-留数与时域状态方程的形式;然后创建时域电路模型,将状态方程转化为与SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis)兼容的网表电路模型.该网表可以代替原芯片PDN(Power Distribution Network)用于电路仿真,最后使用该方法对样本芯片PDN模块建模并与相应的集成电路等效模型(ICEM,IC Electromagnetism Modeling)进行对比,结果表明:矢量拟合模型相比ICEM模型具有更宽的有效带宽以及更小的模型误差.
Based on the principle of vector fitting (VF) and circuit synthesis theory, a new method of modeling integrated circuits for active integrated devices is proposed for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) simulation. The port parameters measured under DC bias are obtained by vector simulations The method is transformed into the form of pole-residue and time-domain equation of state, and then a time-domain circuit model is created that transforms the equation of state into a netlist circuit model that is compatible with SPICE (Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) The original PDN (Power Distribution Network) is used for circuit simulation. Finally, the method is used to model the sample chip PDN module and compare it with ICEM (IC Electromagnetism Modeling). The results show that the vector fitting model Has a wider effective bandwidth and smaller model errors than the ICEM model.
