采用溶剂挥发法制备了不同比例的聚乳酸(PLA)改性聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-4-羟基丁酸酯)[P(3HB-co-4HB)]共混材料。通过对共混物拉伸性能以及其在土壤及模拟体液中的质量损失率、表面形貌的测定,研究了其降解行为,并同纯P(3HB-co-4HB)做了对比。结果表明:随着PLA含量的提高,共混膜的拉伸强度及拉伸模量均有提高,但提高幅度不大;共混膜的降解能力显著提高,在土壤中降解90 d质量损失率可达98.2%,模拟体液中降解失重小于土壤降解,为60.60%。
Polylactic acid (PLA) modified poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate) [P (3HB-co-4HB)] blends were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The degradation behavior of the blend was studied by measuring the tensile properties of the blends and their mass loss rates and surface topography in soils and simulated body fluids, and compared with the pure P (3HB-co-4HB). The results showed that with the increase of PLA content, the tensile strength and tensile modulus of the blends increased, but not significantly. The degradability of blends increased significantly, and the mass loss rate Up to 98.2%. The weight loss in simulated body fluid is less than that of soil, which is 60.60%.
