“后印象派”一词是在20世纪20年代之后被普遍使用的,被用来泛指印象派之后在观念和实践上与印象派相左的艺术潮流。“后印象派”画家曾一度受到印象派画风的影响,但又不满足于印象派的法则,试图另辟蹊径。他们在反对传统绘画的同时也极力反对单纯的模拟自然,追求强烈的自我表现。文章从色彩、笔触、造型等方面对后印象派绘画表现形式的进行了深入解读,后印象派画家多个层面对油画艺术进行了开拓性的探索,创造的全新绘画语言,对现代主义艺术的产生与发展以深刻而广泛的影响。
The term “post-impressionism” was widely used after the 1920s and was used to refer generally to the trend of art that left the impressionist in concept and practice after the impressionist. “Post-Impressionist” painters were once influenced by the Impressionist style, but not satisfied with the Impressionist rules, trying to find another way. While opposing traditional painting, they strongly oppose the purely analog nature and the pursuit of strong self-expression.
