目的:探讨中西医结合治疗宫环出血的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年5月-2011年12月到我院妇科门诊就诊的宫环出血患者240例,单纯中医治疗80例,为A组,单纯西医治疗80例,为B组,中西医结合治疗80例,为C组。进行临床疗效观察。结果:A组治愈率为86.25%,B组治愈率为83.75%,C组治愈率为98.75%.结论:中西医结合治疗宫环出血,疗效明显优于单纯中医、西医治疗。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of uterine bleeding. Methods: From May 2010 to December 2011, 240 cases of uterine bleeding in gynecology clinic of our hospital were treated with simple Chinese medicine (80 cases), group A (80 cases) and Western medicine alone 80 cases, for the C group. Clinical efficacy observation. Results: The cure rate of group A was 86.25%, the cure rate of group B was 83.75%, and the cure rate of group C was 98.75% .Conclusion: Integrative treatment of uterine bleeding has better curative effect than simple TCM and western medicine.
