十一届全国人大四次会议和全国政协十一届四次会议(简称“两会”)于3月3～14日在北京召开。来自石油和化工战线的全国人大代表和政协委员,他们带着行业发展的责任和重托,也带着自己调研的成果与提案,走进两会履行使命。本刊特约记者吕海波、原小瑛全程参与两会采访报道,特别撷取了业界部分代表委员围绕行业热点而发表的见解与建言,供读者参考。
The Fourth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress and the Fourth Session of the Eleventh CPPCC (hereinafter referred to as the “two sessions”) were held in Beijing from March 3 to March 14. NPC deputies and CPPCC members from the front of the oil and chemical industry took their responsibility and trust in the development of the industry and took the achievements and proposals of their own research into the two sessions to fulfill their missions.
