随着金融危机爆发,经济增长放缓、环境问题频发,世界各国都在重新审视自己的经济发展模式,继续推进可持续发展,特别是全球气候变暖这一世界性的严峻问题,使得全球的关注点都转移到"低碳经济"上来.我国政府也从低碳经济人手推动绿色产业发展,推动产业升级整合、提高能效和可持续发展.
