临床资料 一、一般资料:30例中男17例,女13例,年龄23～83岁,平均年龄61.9岁,其中30岁以下3例,41～50岁1例,51～60岁7例,61岁以上19例。既往有高血压史者16例(53.3％),有天幕上出血史者2例(6.7％),小脑半球出血史者1例(3.3％),脑梗塞史者2例(6.7％)。 二、临床表现:本组30例病人均为突然起病,于起病后2小时～7天入院。多以头痛(60％)、头晕(73.3％),呕吐(73.3％)为主诉,其中出现共济失调15例(50％),意识障碍11例(36.7％),复视,眼震4例(13.3％),构音障碍3例(10％),肌张力改变2例(6.7％),一侧轻偏瘫7例(23.3％),颈低抗9例(30％),就诊时血压升高18例(60％)。 三、CT所见:30例均于就诊后24小时内行头颅
Clinical data First, the general information: 30 cases of 17 males and 13 females, aged 23 to 83 years, mean age 61.9 years, of which 30 years of age in 3 cases, 41 to 50 years in 1 case, 51 to 60 years in 7 cases, 19 years old and above.
