On December 10, 2008, the Shanghai Customer Satisfaction Forum 2008 was hosted by Shanghai Quality Association and Shanghai Institute of Quality Management and was held at Xing Guo Hotel on the theme of “Meeting Challenges and Focusing on Quality and Promoting Development”. Tang Xiaofen, president of Shanghai Quality Association and Shanghai Academy of Quality Management, attended the meeting and made a speech.
