软件打车带来乘运便利性的同时也产生了违约现象。本文从使用打车软件过程中的违约现状入手,陈述、分析新型客运合同的违约类型、成因;最后笔者根据当前“打车软件”的特点及出租车行业的实际情况提出几点建议和意见,旨在为矫正新型客运合同关系、缓解“打车难”及公交资源的合理运用作出有益探索,切实维护乘客、司机的权利。
Software bring a taxi take advantage of convenience also produced a default. This article starts with the status of default in the process of using taxi software, states and analyzes the default types and causes of the new type of passenger transport contract.
