以某油田高压盐膏层古井的实际情况为基础,研究高密度盐膏层固井水泥浆。水泥浆利用颗粒级配赤铁矿粉加重,密度相对比较理想。利用一些全新的实验方法,对盐膏层古井的水泥浆配浆盐水类别、浓度等进行优化,使用5%的氯化钠盐水进行配浆,提升水泥浆溶解能力以及抗压强度,进而保证封固高压盐膏层的质量。整个处理过程要尽量优选新型的聚羧酸分散剂,以其独有的分散效果以及抗盐防触变能力来提升盐膏层的质量。
