目的了解江门市登革热流行特点和流行因素,了解疫点人群登革热病毒的感染情况,探讨防制对策。方法收集国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统登革热疫情信息,流行病学个案调查资料,人群血清学监测、蚊媒监测和孳生地类型调查资料,进行统计学分析。结果江门市近3年登革热发病率以2014年(13.26/10万)最高,地区分布以蓬江区和江海区为主,发病高峰为9-11月;暴发疫情报告5宗,报告病例数126例,罹患率为0.32%;疫点人群登革热Ig G抗体阳性率为24.49%,阳性率以0~岁年龄组最高,不同性别阳性率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。蚊媒孳生地类型,蓬江区城区以花卉型为主,江海区城中村和城乡结合部以花卉型和废瓶罐两型容器为主,鹤山市农村以废瓶罐型为主。结论江门市登革热疫情主要仍以输入引起,农村和城郊结合部是防控重点区域,同时对登革热旧疫点血清学监测的重点人群加强个体防护,并针对不同蚊媒孳生地类型采取综合防制措施。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and epidemic factors of dengue fever in Jiangmen City and to understand the infection status of dengue virus in the population and to explore the control strategies. Methods The information of dengue fever epidemic situation, epidemiological investigation, population serological surveillance, mosquito vector surveillance and breeding ground type survey data of national disease surveillance information report management system were collected for statistical analysis. Results The incidence of dengue fever in Jiangmen City in recent 3 years was the highest in 2014 (13.26 / 100000). The distribution was mainly in Pengjiang District and Jianghai District. The peak incidence was from September to November. Outbreaks were 5 and the number of reported cases was 126 Cases, the attack rate was 0.32%; dengue Ig G antibody positive rate was 24.49%, the positive rate in 0 ~ age group was the highest, gender-specific positive rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Mosquito breeding area type, Pengjiang District to flower-oriented city, Jianghai District, urban and rural areas with the combination of flowers and waste bottles of two types of containers, Heshan City, mainly to waste bottle cans. Conclusions The dengue fever epidemic in Jiangmen City is still mainly caused by input. The combination of rural and suburban areas is the key area for prevention and control. At the same time, individual protection is strengthened for the key population of serological surveillance of dengue epidemic old spots.
