本文基于环境竞争的背景探讨组织资本推动下的知识运行机理。组织资本是企业知识运行的重要支撑,知识运行包括知识创造和知识运用两个阶段,其中内部学习和外部学习是知识创造的活动方式,知识内化是知识运用的活动方式。本文通过对184家企业样本的实证研究,发现组织资本正向作用于内部学习和外部学习,组织资本正向作用于知识内化,内部学习和外部学习在组织资本与知识内化之间起着部分中介作用,环境竞争负向调节组织资本与内部学习之间的关系。
Based on the background of environmental competition, this paper explores the mechanism of knowledge operation driven by organizational capital. Organizational capital is an important support for the operation of knowledge in enterprises. Knowledge operation includes two stages of knowledge creation and knowledge utilization. Internal learning and external learning are the ways of knowledge creation, and knowledge internalization is the way of knowledge utilization. Through the empirical study of 184 corporate samples, we find that organizational capital plays a positive role in internal learning and external learning. Organizational capital plays a positive role in knowledge internalization. Internal learning and external learning play an important role in organizational capital and knowledge internalization Part of the intermediary role, environmental competition negatively regulate the relationship between organizational capital and internal learning.
