目的 :研究红毛五加多糖对胃癌的防治作用。方法 :采用体外细胞培养方法检测其对细胞增殖及肿瘤干细胞的影响。结果 :该多糖不但抑制胃癌细胞的增殖 ,且对其干细胞有显著抑制作用。结论 :提示该多糖可作为一种防癌抗癌的保健食品加以开发利用。
Objective : To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide on gastric cancer. Methods : The effect of cell culture method on cell proliferation and tumor stem cells was detected by in vitro cell culture method. Results: The polysaccharide not only inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, but also had a significant inhibitory effect on the stem cells. Conclusion : It is suggested that the polysaccharide can be used as a health food for cancer prevention and anticancer.
