湖北省众多服务于地方经济的省属高校是地方市场营销人才供给的主渠道,通过调查问卷的形式对湖北地区15家企业进行了调研,从营销人才需求的规格要求、营销岗位需求分布、营销人才的来源渠道、人才质量和结构方面研究了湖北地区市场营销人才的供需状况和变化。利用能力素质模型分析了湖北企业对营销人员知识、技能和能力素质的具体要求,最后总结了存在的主要问题,为高校制订满足市场需要的市场营销人才培养方案提供借鉴。
A large number of provincial colleges and universities serving the local economy in Hubei Province are the main channels of local marketing talent supply. Through the questionnaire survey, 15 enterprises in Hubei Province were investigated. The requirements of marketing personnel, the demand distribution of marketing posts, The sources of talent, the quality of talent and the structure of the study of Hubei’s marketing personnel supply and demand conditions and changes. The ability quality model was used to analyze the specific requirements of Hubei enterprises on knowledge, skills and abilities of marketers. Finally, the main problems were summarized, which could provide reference for the formulation of marketing talents training programs to meet the market needs of colleges and universities.
