本文对电子文档长期保存过程中由于硬件老化、软件更新等原因产生的风险进行了列举和分析,在此基础上提出了为实现电子文档的长期有效保存可采取的一系列相应措施。 This paper enumerates and analyzes the risks caused by hardware aging and software update during the long-term preservation of electronic documents. Based on this, it proposes a series of corresponding measures that can be taken to realize the long-term effective preservation of electronic documents.
