“七·一”前夕,在四川都江堰召开的“全国煤炭系统职工教育双先表彰会议”上,河南省禹州市煤炭局作为河南省唯一在会上介绍经验的单位,被中国地方煤矿总公司命名为“职工教育先进单位”。禹州市是全国15个重点地方煤炭工业基地之一。近年来,为了切实培养煤炭企业人才,振兴煤炭经济,有组织有计划地开展了一系列职工教育培训工作,摸索出了一套颇为成功的职工培训办法,即坚持“三个纳入”、保证“五个结合”,严把“五个关口”。
On the eve of “Sept. 1”, on the occasion of the “Double Pre-commendation Conference for Staff and Workers of the National Coal System” held in Dujiangyan, Sichuan, the Coal Bureau of Yuzhou Municipality, Henan Province, as the only unit in Henan that introduced its experience at the meeting, Named “advanced unit of employee education.” Yuzhou is one of the 15 key local coal industrial bases in China. In recent years, in order to effectively cultivate talents in coal enterprises and rejuvenate the coal economy, a series of employee education and training programs have been organized and conducted in a planned way. A fairly successful training method for staff and workers has been explored, namely, adhering to the “three entrants” and ensuring “Five combinations”, strict “five mark.”
