汉长沙王陵自古为人们所探寻的目标,湖南省考古工作者更是多年寻求,直至河西陡壁山曹馔墓出土才初见端倪。随着象鼻嘴吴著墓的发掘及黄肠题凑葬制的研究,河西是汉长沙王陵园的事实终被认可。近年来,北津城一带发现刘氏长沙王墓,长沙市考古所又对王陵区精心调查,进一步证实湘江西岸十多公里的丘陵地区是汉长沙国的王陵区。
Since the earliest years of the Han Dynasty, the people of Changsha have been seeking the target. As a result, the archaeologists in Hunan Province sought for many years. With the study of the tomb of Xiang Nzui Wu and the study of the funeral system of the gut etiquette, the fact that Hexi was the mausoleum of the Han Dynasty in Changsha was finally recognized. In recent years, the discovery of Liu’s Changsha Tombs in the area of Beichen City and the archeological investigation conducted by the Changsha City Archeology Institute have also thoroughly investigated the Wangling District, further confirming that more than 10 kilometers of hilly areas on the western bank of the Xiang River are the imperial tombs of the Han Dynasty.
