升降台是轧钢车间的一个重要辅助设备,其设计、使用的好坏往往直接影响轧钢车间的产量。本文主要就升降台结构参数的优化设计进行初步探讨。文中列出了升降台优化设计的数学模型,采用SUMT法(亦称罚函数法)及可变容差法(亦称伸缩保差法)计算,并对计算结果作了分析、探讨。
Lifting platform is an important auxiliary equipment rolling workshop, its design, the quality of use often directly affect the output of the rolling workshop. In this paper, the optimal design of the structural parameters of the lifting platform is mainly discussed. The mathematical model of the optimal design of the lifting platform is listed in this paper. The SUMT method (also known as the penalty function method) and the variable tolerance method (also known as the retractable difference method) are used to calculate and discuss the calculation results.
