煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站设备传统的控制主要采用硬接线方式,这种控制方式电缆铺设复杂、维护困难、抗干扰能力差、系统运行不稳定。本文提出了一种基于Profibus-DP总线技术在煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站设备的控制方法,阐述了Profibus-DP总线技术、控制系统组成、硬件配置、编程和诊断,通过现场的实际应用表明:与传统控制技术相比,该技术具有电缆铺设简单、维护容易、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定等优点。
The traditional control of coal mine gas pumping station equipment mainly adopts hard wiring method. This control method has complicated cable laying, difficult maintenance, poor anti-interference ability and unstable system operation. This paper presents a control method based on Profibus-DP bus technology in coal mine gas pumping station equipment, and expounds the Profibus-DP bus technology, control system components, hardware configuration, programming and diagnosis. The field application shows that: Compared with the traditional control technology, the technology has the advantages of simple cable laying, easy maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and stable operation.
