探寻公务员的职业倦怠现象,一个重要影响因素就是组织公平感。不公平感会使个体经历紧张或焦虑的心理状态,不公平感导致公务员降低其工作绩效,与同事合作减少,降低工作成就感,公平感具有强烈的主观性。要营造公平的工作环境,应从制度安排、分工、管理等关乎党委政府公务具体领域入手,从管理心理学角度寻求心理学的解决方法。本项目旨在了解福州市公务员组织公平感的现状和特点,从管理心理学的角度分析其成因和后果,提出改善公务员组织公平感的策略。
To explore the phenomenon of job burnout in civil servants, an important factor is the sense of organizational justice. Inequity can cause an individual to experience nervous or anxious state of mind. Inequality causes civil servants to reduce their work performance, reduce co-operation with colleagues, and reduce sense of accomplishment in work. The sense of fairness is strongly subjective. To create a fair working environment, we should start from the specific areas of institutional arrangements, division of labor, management and other aspects related to the party government and public administration, and seek a solution to psychology from the perspective of management psychology. The purpose of this project is to understand the current situation and characteristics of the sense of fairness of civil servants in Fuzhou, analyze the causes and consequences from the perspective of management psychology, and propose strategies to improve the sense of fairness of civil servants.
