《日本法研究》以学术价值为唯一用稿标准,尤其欢迎学界新秀和海内外的硕士生、博士生踊跃投稿。来稿应注意以下事项:一、匿名审稿制。编委会初审通过的稿件送匿名专家外审(学界回顾栏目约稿除外)。二、来稿须为独立署名的中文稿件,不接受译稿。三、稿件应采word文档格式,包括标题、作者姓名和简介、联系方式、详细目次、正文和脚注。 “The study of Japanese Law” is the only one that uses academic value as the standard of manuscripts. In particular, we welcome academic rookies and masters and doctoral students at home and abroad to submit their contributions. Contributions should note the following: First, the anonymous review system. Editorial board passed the manuscript submitted by anonymous experts outside the review (academic review section except draft). Second, the manuscript must be an independent signed Chinese manuscript, do not accept translation. Third, the manuscript should adopt the word document format, including the title, author’s name and profile, contact information, detailed directory, text and footnotes.
