目的:进一步对优质护理服务在急诊护理中的作用进行分析和探讨。方法随机选取我院于2012年10月~2014年10月期间急诊科所收治的100例患者,将其作为本次的研究对象,患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受优质护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果经过相应的护理后,观察组护理总满意人数48例,护理总满意率为96%,对照组护理总满意人数39例,护理总满意率为78%,比较两组差异明显(<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在急诊护理科患者的护理过程中,优质护理不能能够提高护理人员的护理工作水平,同时还能显著提高患者的护理满意度。“,”Objective To analyze and discuss the role of quality nursing service in emergency nursing.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2012.The patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received high quality nursing intervention,compared with two groups of nursing satisfaction.Results After the corresponding nursing,observation group of nursing total satisfaction of 48 cases,nursing satisfaction rate was 39,the control group of two cases,the total satisfaction rate was 78%,the difference was obvious ( <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Nursing care in the emergency department patients,quality care can not improve the level of nursing staff,but also significantly improve patient care satisfaction.
