瑞典AF公司对北欧的一台纸袋纸纸机进行了工艺改进研究,量化评估了该纸机真空系统的节能潜力。结果表明,应针对每种产品的实际真空度需求来调整纸机真空系统的能力,同时采用压榨压区脱水,不仅节能效果显著,而且不影响产品质量。
Swedish AF Company conducted a process improvement study of a sack paper machine in northern Europe to quantify the energy saving potential of the paper machine’s vacuum system. The results show that the vacuum capacity of the paper machine should be adjusted according to the actual vacuum requirement of each product, meanwhile, the dehydration by the press nip not only saves energy but also does not affect the product quality.
