目的探讨急性肺损伤(ALI)肺组织血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1(PECAM-1)mRNA表达的变化和可能作用。方法在脂多糖(LPS)诱发的大鼠ALI模型,使用斑点杂交观察肺组织PECAM-1mRNA表达的变化。结果正常肺组织表达较高水平的PECAM-1mRNA;在ALI大鼠肺组织,PECAM-1mRNA表达早期下调,但致伤6h时,又基本恢复至正常水平。结论正常肺组织表达较高水平的PECAM-1mRNA,PECAM-1可能参与ALI的发病。
Objective To investigate the changes and possible roles of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1) mRNA expression in lung of acute lung injury (ALI). Methods The changes of PECAM-1mRNA expression in lung tissue were observed by dot blot hybridization in rat LPS-induced ALI model. Results The normal lung tissue expressed higher levels of PECAM-1 mRNA. In the lungs of ALI rats, the expression of PECAM-1 mRNA was down-regulated at the early stage, but returned to normal after 6 hours of injury. Conclusion Normal lung tissue express higher levels of PECAM-1 mRNA, PECAM-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of ALI.
