以ZL102、纯铝、铜板、镁块为原材料熔配成ZL105合金。采用正交试验方法研究ZL105合金挤压铸造工艺参数对成型件力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,挤压铸造工艺参数对合金强度影响的程度大小依次为:合金浇注温度、保压时间、比压;对塑性影响最大的是合金浇注温度。合金浇注温度是对铸件的性能和显微组织影响最为显著的因素。金属型铸件热处理后的抗拉强度为225.0MPa,挤压铸件热处理后的抗拉强度平均达到249.8MPa,抗拉强度较金属型增加了11.0%。
To ZL102, pure aluminum, copper, magnesium block as raw materials melt ZL105 alloy. Using orthogonal test method to study the ZL105 alloy extrusion casting process parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the impact. The results show that the extent of squeeze casting process parameters on the strength of the alloy in order of magnitude: the alloy pouring temperature, dwell time, the pressure; the plastic is the most influential casting temperature. Alloy pouring temperature is the casting casting performance and microstructure the most significant factor. Tensile strength of the metal castings after heat treatment is 225.0MPa, the tensile strength of the extruded castings after heat treatment reaches an average of 249.8MPa, and the tensile strength increases by 11.0% compared with the metal type.
