在温室里比较了小麦叶锈菌叶中三号生理小种的夏孢子侵入慢叶锈小麦品种(中引305、中引515、中引709)和快叶锈小麦品种(无沙八号、纳罗)后,菌丝体和夏孢子堆的扩展速度.结果表明,接种后48小时到192小时,菌丝体在叶片组织内扩展长度与时间里幂函数回归关系,慢锈品种是Y=0.0879X~(1.3459);快锈品种是Y=0.1205X~(1.3859)。菌丝平均日增长速率,慢锈是0.169毫米、快锈是0.2535毫米。夏孢子堆面积增加与时间呈直线回归关系,慢锈品种为Y=0.0076X+0.005;快锈品种为Y=0.0182X+0.0142。夏孢子堆面积平均日增长速率慢锈为0.0065毫米~2;快锈为0.0156毫米~2。夏孢子堆面积的扩展呈现两个增长峰。较大的峰出现在夏孢子堆形成初期,另一个是在夏孢子堆形成后的8~10天,峰较小。快叶锈品种的增长峰较高且持续时间较长。上述结果进一步说明了抗扩展是小麦慢叶锈抗病品种的重要抗病特性。
In the greenhouse, we compared the rate of summer spore invasion of slow leaf rust wheat varieties (Zhongyou 305, Zhongyitie 515, Zhongyou 709) and fast leaf rusty wheat varieties (No Shah 8, The results showed that the extension length of the mycelium in the leaf tissue and the power function regression in time from 48 hours to 192 hours after inoculation, the slow rust variety is Y = 0.0879X ~ (1.3459); fast rust varieties is Y = 0.1205X ~ (1.3859). The average daily growth rate of mycelium, slow rust is 0.169 mm, fast rust is 0.2535 mm. There was a linear regression relationship between the increase of the area of summer spore and the time, the slow-rust variety was Y = 0.0076X + 0.005; the fast-rust variety was Y = 0.0182X + 0.0142. Uneven spore heap area average daily growth rate of slow rust 0.0065 mm ~ 2; fast rust 0.0156 mm ~ 2. Uneven spore heap area shows two growth peaks. Larger peaks appear in the early stages of the formation of summer spores, and the other in days 8 to 10 after the formation of summer spores, with smaller peaks. Fast leaf rust varieties grow higher and longer duration. The above results further illustrate that resistance to expansion is an important disease-resistant trait of wheat leaf-blight resistant varieties.
