职业学校的文化课教育状况随着入学生源的变化也在发生很大的改变,形成教师厌教、学生厌学的尴尬局面。本文就如何改善师生关系,激发学生的非智力因素——情感因素,唤起学生求知愿望,达到优化课堂教学秩序,提高教学效果,促进教与学的和谐发展进行了一些思考。
The status of education in vocational schools is also undergoing great changes with the changes in the sources of students, forming an embarrassing situation where teachers are tired of teaching and students are tired of learning. This article has made some thinking on how to improve the relationship between teachers and students, arouse students’non-intelligence factors - emotional factors, arouse students’ desire for knowledge, optimize teaching order, improve teaching effect and promote the harmonious development of teaching and learning.
