当汞被释放到水体中时,水中的微生物能够促使其转化为甲基汞形态。因此,对水中总汞的检测尤为重要。本文采用硝酸—盐酸混合试剂热消解水样,然后用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定水质中的总汞。本次实验的校准曲线相关系数为1.0000,回收率为92.5%~112%,仪器检出限为0.019μg/L。实验结果说明采用标准方法 HJ694-2014测定水中的总汞,可以保证实验结果的准确度和灵敏度。
When mercury is released into a body of water, microbes in the water can prompt it to convert to methylmercury form. Therefore, the detection of total mercury in water is particularly important. In this paper, nitric acid - hydrochloric acid mixed reagent thermal digestion water samples, and then using atomic fluorescence spectrometry hydride generation in the determination of total mercury. The calibration curve of this experiment correlation coefficient of 1.0000, the recovery rate was 92.5% ~ 112%, the detection limit was 0.019μg / L. The experimental results show that using standard method HJ694-2014 to determine the total mercury in water can ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of experimental results.
