对离体大鼠心脏用乏氧K一H液涨注15min后,再用正常K一H液复灌,可引发再灌注心律失常(RA),观察川芎嗪(TMP.20mg·L ̄(-1))对RA的影响。结果发现用TMP灌注后,RA发生率显著下降(P<0.01),持续时间也明显缩短,从而提示TMP可有效地预防RA的发生。
Reperfusion arrhythmia (RA) was induced by reperfusion with normal K-H solution after 15 minutes of up-regulation of the isolated rat heart with hypoxia K-H solution. TMP was treated with 20 mg · L- 1)) on the impact of RA. The results showed that with TMP perfusion, the incidence of RA decreased significantly (P <0.01), the duration was significantly shortened, suggesting that TMP can effectively prevent the occurrence of RA.
