目的:研究慢性高眼压大鼠视网膜髓鞘相关抑制蛋白No-go-A表达的变化。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠36只随机分为正常对照组6只和慢性高眼压组30只,应用免疫组织化学方法观察慢性高眼压大鼠视网膜不同时点Nogo-A表达的变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,慢性高眼压21d大鼠视网膜变薄,节细胞数量减少(P<0.05);Nogo-A表达增多,与形态学变化相一致(P<0.05)。结论:髓鞘相关抑制蛋白Nogo-A在慢性高眼压大鼠视网膜损伤过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of No-Go-A expression in retina after chronic ocular hypertension. Methods: Thirty-six adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 6) and chronic ocular hypertension group (n = 30). Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the changes of Nogo-A expression at different time points in retina of chronic ocular hypertension rats. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the retina of the rats with chronic ocular hypertension became thinner and the number of ganglion cells decreased (P <0.05). The expression of Nogo-A increased and was consistent with the morphological changes (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Nogo-A, a myelin-associated protein inhibitor, plays an important role in retinal damage in rats with chronic ocular hypertension.
