随着电动汽车技术的发展,采用轮毂电机驱动的四轮独立驱动电动汽车,因其理想的控制特性是电动汽车的终极形式。其中开关磁阻电机具有结构简单、启动转矩大、调速范围广等优点,适合作为电动汽车的驱动电机,已成为轮毂电机研究热点。在现有的轮毂电机及其改进结构中,未见一种理想的自带减速机构的结构。针对这一问题,提出设计了一种新型外转子开关磁阻轮毂电机,给出了新型轮毂电机的结构并对其基本实现方式进行了分析,而且以电动汽车的动力性能为目标对电机的基本参数进行了设计。
With the development of electric vehicle technology, the wheel motor-driven four-wheel independent electric vehicle is adopted because the ideal control characteristic is the ultimate form of electric vehicle. Which switch reluctance motor has the advantages of simple structure, large starting torque, wide range of speed adjustment, suitable as a drive motor for electric vehicles, has become a hub motor research hot spots.
