本文以带齿齿面接触应力均布为目的,以带齿与轮齿变形相应协调为基础,提出新型圆弧齿同步带带轮齿廊修形的计算方法。按这种方法对原有圆弧齿同步带带轮齿廓进行修形,可明显改善其齿面接触应力分布状况和提高带齿承载能力。
In this paper, the purpose of the contact stress uniformity with tooth flanks and the corresponding coordination of gear tooth and gear tooth deformation are put forward. The calculation method of the tooth flank modification of the new arc tooth timing belt pulley is proposed. According to this method, the tooth profile of the original arc tooth timing belt pulley can be modified, which can obviously improve the contact stress distribution and improve the carrying capacity of the tooth.
