通过甘蓝与大白菜种间杂交获得了50个甘蓝型油菜杂交组合。田间抗性鉴定结果:17个组合抗寒、38个组合耐热、4个组合抗病毒病、42个组合抗霜霉病、39个组合避开了菌核病。合成组合中正常可育的组合24个,这些品系的自交不亲和性、生物学特性及抗逆性都与它们的双亲尤其是母本甘蓝相似。正常可育的品系中19个自交不亲和,与胞质不育系41A测交的3个合成品系中没有找到恢复基因,但它们是理想保持系,其后代不育性彻底而稳定。从合成的甘蓝型油菜与双低品系的杂交后代中获得了一个不育株率和不育度均达100%的核不育材料。合成品系与双低品系杂交后代中自交不亲和组合高达80%,其生物学特性居中亲值,3个组合抗寒,多数组合晚熟、耐热、抗病毒病、油菜霜霉病和避开菌核病,千粒重和含油量普遍高于现有甘蓝型油菜品种。
Fifty hybrids of B. napus were obtained through interspecific cross between cabbage and Chinese cabbage. Field resistance identification results: 17 combinations of cold resistance, 38 combinations of heat resistance, 4 combinations of antivirals, 42 combinations of downy mildew, 39 combinations to avoid sclerotinia. There were 24 normal and fertile combinations in the composite combinations. The self-incompatibility, biological characteristics and resistance of these lines were similar to their parents, especially the parental cabbage. Nineteen self-incompatible and non-fertile lines of the three fertile lines tested for reciprocal cytoplasmic male sterility, 41A, did not find restorer genes, but they are ideal maintainer lines and their offspring sterility is completely and stably maintained. A male sterile line with 100% sterile rate and 100% sterility was obtained from the hybrid progenies of the synthesized Brassica napus and the double line. The selfing incompatibility combination of the hybrid lines and the double low lines was as high as 80%, and the biological characteristics of the progenies were middle value, three combinations were cold tolerant, most combinations were late-maturing, heat-tolerant, antiviral, rape downy mildew and avoidance Bacteria disease, grain weight and oil content are generally higher than the existing varieties of Brassica napus.
