目的:观察分子血红蛋白(MHb)对中枢神经元的直接作用.方法:采用12d~15d胚胎小鼠皮层及脊髓神经元进行原代培养,观察不同浓度(1μmol/L~50μmol/L)MHb对神经元形态和活性的影响.结果:MHb对脊髓神经元具有明显毒性,呈剂量和时间依赖性,而对皮层神经元的作用表现不明显.结论:MHb对中枢神经系统不同神经元具有不同作用.
Objective: To observe the direct effect of molecular hemoglobin (MHb) on central neurons. Methods: Primary cultured rat cortical and spinal cord neurons were cultured on day 12 to day 15 to observe the effect of MHb at different concentrations (1μmol / L ~ 50μmol / L) on neuronal morphology and activity. Results: MHb was obviously toxic to spinal cord neurons in a dose-and time-dependent manner, but showed no significant effect on cortical neurons. Conclusion: MHb has different effects on different neurons in central nervous system.
