目的 观察ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺液(EPS)中锌离子、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)浓度变化,并探讨其临床意义. 方法 招募ⅢA型前列腺炎患者71例(观察组)及健康查体者44例(对照组). 采用化学比色法、ELISA法分别测定其EPS中锌离子、PSA浓度. 以湿玻片法在显微镜下完成EPS中WBC等级,用pH试纸测定EPS中pH值. 锌离子、PSA浓度及其与慢性前列腺炎症状指数( NIH-CPSI)评分的关系采用Pearson线性相关分析;锌离子、PSA浓度与pH值、WBC等级的关系采用Spearman秩相关分析. 结果 观察组与对照组EPS中锌离子浓度分别为(155.93 ±68.65)、(206.54 ±65.18)μg/mL,PSA浓度分别为(2.27 ±2.03) ×105、(3.78 ±2.84) ×105 ng/mL,两组比较,P均<0.05. 观察组WBC等级偶见0例、1+为32例、2+为21例、3+为17例、4+为1例,对照组均为偶见. 观察组与对照组EPS中pH值分别为6.85 ±0.52、6.58 ±0.42,两组比较,P<0.05. EPS中锌离子浓度与PSA浓度呈正相关(r=0.330,P<0.001). 锌离子浓度与NIH-CPSI评分中的疼痛评分、生活质量影响评分及NIH-CPSI总评分均呈负相关(r分别为-0.278、-0.224、-0.248,P均0.05). PSA浓度与NIH-CPSI评分中的疼痛评分、生活质量影响评分及NIH-CPSI总评分均呈负相关(r分别为-0.255、-0.217、-0.250,P均0.05). 锌离子浓度、PSA浓度与pH值均呈负相关(r分别为-0.429、-0.333,P均<0.001).
