检测分析鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性,了解多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的β-内酰胺酶基因的流行特征,探究插入序列ISAba1与其耐药性的关系。采用琼脂二倍稀释法检测83株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的药物敏感性;采用PCR检测β-内酰胺酶基因及ISAba1-OXA-23-like、ISAba1-OXA-51-like、ISAba1-ADC的基因连锁。83株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对常见抗菌药物的耐药率非常高。β-内酰胺酶基因TEM、SHV、NDM-1、ADC、DHA、OXA-23-like、OXA-51-like、OXA-58-like,检出率分别为83.1%(69株),91.6%(76株),2.4%(2株),100%(83株),1.2%(1株),95.2%(79株),100%(83株),4.8%(4株);ISAba1-OXA-23-like,ISAba1-OXA-51-like,ISAba1-ADC的连锁检出率分别为92.8%(77株),22.9%(19株),80.7%(67株)。多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药十分严重,携带多种β-内酰胺酶及插入序列ISAba1是本组测试菌耐药的主要原因。
The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii was detected and analyzed. The prevalence of β-lactamase gene in Acinetobacter baumannii was investigated. The relationship between ISAba1 and drug resistance was investigated. The drug sensitivity of 83 multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains was tested by agar double dilution method. The β-lactamase gene and the expression of ISAba1-OXA-23-like, ISAba1-OXA-51- ADC gene chain. 83 strains of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii common antibacterial drug resistance rate is very high. The positive rates of β-lactamase genes such as TEM, SHV, NDM-1, ADC, DHA, OXA-23-like, OXA-51-like and OXA-58-like were 83.1% (76 strains), 2.4% (2 strains), 100% (83 strains), 1.2% (1 strain), 95.2% (79 strains), 100% The detection rates of ISAba1-OXA-51-like and ISAba1-ADC were 92.8% (77 strains), 22.9% (19 strains) and 80.7% (67 strains) respectively. Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii resistance is very serious, carrying a variety of β-lactamase and insert sequence ISAba1 is the main reason for testing resistance in this group of bacteria.
