为提高集装箱码头同贝同步装卸中岸桥与场桥作业效率,降低集卡空驶,提出了一种新的码头堆场堆存方法,即进出口集装箱混合堆存策略.以最小化场桥装卸作业的移动时间及翻箱时间为目标,建立出口集装箱装船顺序优化模型,通过优化出口集装箱装船顺序,增加场桥双循环次数,提高岸桥作业效率.设计了求解模型的启发式算法,并利用算例验证了模型和算法的有效性,分析了不同堆场布局的影响.结果表明,混合堆存策略能有效提高场桥的作业效率,本文构建的模型为提高岸桥同贝同步装卸效率提供了依据.
In order to improve the efficiency of container terminal handling synchronously loading and unloading midship bridge and field bridge and reduce the empty flight of container truck, a new stacking method of dock yard was put forward, that is, the mixed stockpile strategy of import and export containers.
