钻后扩孔技术是安全钻进盐膏层的重要的技术手段之一,在井身结构计、复杂地层处理、提高套管环空间隙等方面具有广泛的使用价值。新疆塔河油田石炭系巴楚组的巨厚盐层,埋藏深度通常都在5000m以下;由于盐膏层的塑形蠕变等地质因素,在钻井施工过程中极容易造成缩径、埋钻、套管挤坏甚至造成无法钻达设计井深或中途报废。本文调查塔河油田的扩孔资料,了解国内外的扩孔技术,选择了符合塔河油田地层特性的扩孔工具及扩孔技术。
