目的探讨增加参红通络颗粒挥发油的稳定性的方法。方法通过单因素考察、正交设计试验方法,以挥发油包合率、收率、含油率为指标,比较了复凝聚法制备微囊以及β-环糊精包合法的优劣,并确定了β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。结果微囊法包合率低于β-环糊精包合法。研磨法制备β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺为:水与β-环糊精比例2∶1,挥发油与β-环糊精的投料量比为1∶6,与95%乙醇用量的比例为1∶0.5,研磨时间0.5 h。结论结合生产实际,确定了参红通络颗粒中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。
Objective To explore the method of increasing the stability of the volatile oil of Shenhong Tongluo granules. Methods By single factor test and orthogonal design test method, taking the volatile oil inclusion rate, yield and oil content as indexes, the advantages and disadvantages of the method of compound coagulation method for preparing microcapsules and β-cyclodextrin inclusion were compared, and the β - cyclodextrin inclusion of the best technology. Results Inclusion rate of microcapsules was lower than that of β-cyclodextrin inclusion. The optimum conditions for the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion by grinding method are as follows: the ratio of water to β-cyclodextrin is 2:1, the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin is 1: 6, and 95% ethanol The ratio of 1: 0.5, grinding time 0.5 h. Conclusion According to the actual production, the preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of Shenhong Tongluo Granule was established.
