目的:探讨ERα/β蛋白在乳腺癌变过程中的表达变化情况与意义。方法:采用免疫组化即用型二步法(非生物素)检测乳腺正常组织(61例)、乳管内乳头状瘤组织(65例)、原位癌组织(45例)和乳腺浸润性癌组织(87例)中ERα/β蛋白的表达情况。结果:乳头状瘤、原位癌和浸润性癌组织ERα总体表达水平与正常上皮组织比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;原位癌及浸润性癌组织ERα的表达强度与乳头状瘤组织相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;ERβ在浸润癌组织中的表达水平与正常增生乳腺组织中比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;ERα/ERβ在正常乳腺上皮(0.34)、乳头状瘤(0.43)、原位癌(0.68)和浸润性癌细胞(0.71)呈逐步上升的趋势。结论:ERβ的表达强度在正常上皮、乳头状瘤、原位癌、浸润性癌中依次降低,ERα与ERβ在乳腺癌发生发展过程中表达相反,提示ERβ可能是乳腺癌的一个自我保护因素。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of ERα / β protein in breast carcinogenesis. Methods: Normal breast tissue (61 cases), ductal papilloma (65 cases), carcinoma in situ (45 cases) and invasive breast carcinoma ERα / β protein expression in tissues (87 cases). Results: The expression of ERα in papilloma, carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal epithelium (P <0.01). The expression of ERα in carcinoma of in situ and invasive carcinoma was significantly correlated with that of papilloma (P <0.05). The expression level of ERβ in invasive carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal hyperplastic breast (P <0.05). The expression of ERα / ERβ in normal breast epithelium (0.34), Papilloma (0.43), carcinoma in situ (0.68) and invasive cancer (0.71) showed a gradual upward trend. CONCLUSION: The expression of ERβ is decreased in normal epithelium, papilloma, carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma. The expressions of ERα and ERβ are opposite in the development of breast cancer, suggesting that ERβ may be a self-protective factor in breast cancer.
