从我国国情来看，我们正处在社会主义初级阶段，社会的主要矛盾是人民日益增长的物质文化需要同落后的社会生产之间的矛盾。为适应这种生产力状况，公有制就需要有多种实现形式。股份制是现代企业的一种资本组成形式，有利于所有权和经营权的分离，有利于提高企业和资本的运作效率，资本主义可以用，社会主义也可以用。
Judging from China’s national conditions, we are at the primary stage of socialism. The major social contradiction is the contradiction between the people’s growing material and cultural needs and the backward social production. To adapt to this situation of productive forces, public ownership needs to have many forms of realization. Joint-stock system is a form of capital of modern enterprise, which is conducive to the separation of ownership and management, and helps to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises and capital. Capitalism can be used and socialism can also be used.
