目的:观察健脾化痰汤治疗小儿久咳的临床疗效。方法:60例均服健脾化痰汤(太子参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、法半夏、橘皮、芦根、川贝母、杏仁、桔梗、山药)加减治疗。结果:痊愈48例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率95%。结论:健脾化痰汤治疗小儿久咳有较好疗效。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huatan Decoction on children with chronic cough. Methods: 60 cases were served Jianpi Huatan Decoction (Pseudostellaria heterophylla, Atractylodes, Poria, Zhigancao, France Pinellia, orange peel, reed rhizome, Fritillaria, almonds, Campanulaceae, yam) treatment. Results: 48 cases were cured, improved in 9 cases, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion: Jianpi Huatan Decoction treatment of children with Cough has a good effect.
