以重型叉车全液压制动系统为研究对象,通过建立故障树模型,并以模糊理论为工具进行了定性和定量分析,实际证明该方法是行之有效的,解决了传统故障树分析不能处理同时存在随机不确定性和模糊不确定性的故障事件问题,为叉车全动力液压制动系统的故障诊断研究开辟了新的途径。
Taking full hydraulic brake system of heavy forklift as the research object, the fault tree model was established and the qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out with the fuzzy theory as a tool. The results show that this method is effective and can solve the problem that the traditional fault tree analysis can not handle The problem of fault events with stochastic uncertainties and fuzzy uncertainties opens up new avenues for the fault diagnosis of full-powered hydraulic brake systems.
