2012年9月,我们考察了德国中小货运企业。那些所考察的中小货运企业,一般都加入了一个企业联盟。这种企业联盟的经营模式,在德国已经存在了10多年。经过10多年的不断完善,目前已经发展得比较成熟,而且经营得相当成功,成为中小货运企业发展的模式。中小货运企业联盟产生的背景随着经济社会的不断发展,货运需求发生了变化。上世纪70年代,货主对运输的需求就是要求运输企业把货物从甲地运到乙地。这时的运输企业接到货主的要求时,考虑得比较简单,只要考虑用什么方式,把货物安全运到即可。
