以回弄山隧道施工过程中所遭遇的灾害性涌水突泥为例,分析研究了其形成原因和施工对策,得出了如下主要结论与建议:隧道施工中应综合多种地质手段以提高超前地质预报的准确性;涌水突泥有三种应对方案,即使对于同一隧道,也应根据地层条件、水量和水压、补给条件等因素合理选用;富水断层带及其影响带的施工应适当扩挖,并加强径向排水,或采用超前小导坑工法,二次衬砌宜紧跟。
