目的识别、评价和预测瓶级聚酯建设项目在生产过程中可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法与工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有粉尘、乙二醇、对苯二甲酸、噪声、高温等。类比企业粉尘、毒物(乙二醇、对苯二甲酸等)检测浓度均符合国家职业接触限值,粉尘C TWA范围为0.6~4.6mg/m3,乙二醇C STEL范围为1.4~2.2 mg/m3,对苯二甲酸C STEL范围为0.66~0.67 mg/m3;对12个接触噪声的工种进行了噪声等效声级测定,12个工种的作业工人接触的8 h等效声级均符合职业接触限值的规定。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,如能认真落实拟采取的各种职业病危害因素防护措施及本评价报告中所提出的补充控制措施,从职业卫生防护角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, evaluate and predict the types, degree of harmfulness and protective effects of occupational hazards that may occur and exist in the production of bottle-grade polyester construction projects and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational health in this project. Methods Based on the relevant national laws and regulations, the methods of analogy, checklist and engineering analysis were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The occupational hazards that may be caused by the project include dust, glycol, terephthalic acid, noise, high temperature and so on. The concentrations of dust, poisons (ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, etc.) in the analogy enterprises all meet the national occupational exposure limit, the dust C TWA range is 0.6-4.6mg / m3, the ethylene glycol C STEL range is 1.4-2.2 mg / m3, C STEL of terephthalic acid ranged from 0.66 to 0.67 mg / m3. Noise-equivalent sound level was measured on 12 work-touching noises, and the 8-h equivalent sound level of 12 work-workers were all in line with occupational Provisions for exposure limits. Conclusion The construction project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. It is feasible to analyze the project from the perspective of occupational health protection if we can earnestly implement various protective measures against occupational hazards and additional control measures proposed in this evaluation report.
