依据外啮合齿轮泵的困油原理 ,着重分析困油容积 /困油压力与卸荷槽宽度及齿侧间隙之间的关系 ,据此建立其相应的微分方程组模型 ,利用现有的求解微分方程组软件模拟其动态历程。此类仿真数据结果对外啮合齿轮泵设计具有指导意义。
According to the trapped oil principle of external gear pump, the relationship between the trapped oil volume and trapped oil pressure and the width of relief groove and the tooth-side clearance is emphatically analyzed. Based on this, a corresponding differential equation model is established, Equation software simulates its dynamic history. The results of such simulation data are instructive to the design of external gear pump.
