本文首先用数学分析的方法讨论了用计算法取代作图法的必要性,然后又根据最小二乘法原理阐明了光谱分析工作曲线及试样含量的计算方法,步骤和有关电子计算器的运用.同时还应用相关系数法从量的方面对工作曲线的可取性提出了参考标准。本方法不仅消除了作图误差,而且速度快。同时还免去了坐标纸等用品的消耗,较为实用。
This paper firstly discusses the necessity of using the method of calculation to replace the method of drawing, and then expounds the calculation methods and steps of the spectral analysis working curve and the content of the sample according to the principle of least square method, and the application of the electronic calculators. At the same time, the correlation coefficient method is also used to propose the reference standard for the desirability of working curve. The method not only eliminates the mapping error, but also fast. At the same time also eliminates the consumption of supplies such as coordinate paper, more practical.
