求出发生水跃的位置,对于确定护坦长度是重要的。一般由下述图解法来定出水跃位置。如图所示。首先,根据渐变流基本方程式绘出急流水面曲线 AB 和缓流水面曲线 CD。用计算所得的急流各点水深 h_1, 根据水跃方程式求出其共轭水深 h_2,绘出“共轭水深曲线”BA′。此曲线与缓流水面曲线的交点 E′的水深即为水跃长度 L_j=0时的跃后水深。由 E′向下作铅直线与曲线 AB 交于 E,E 点的水深即为 L_j=0的跃前水深。然后再计入水跃长度,用水跃长度
